Job Summary
The Office Manager/Bookkeeper plays a key role in managing and organizing the company’s offices and day-to-day financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The Office Manager/Bookkeeper will reconcile monthly accounts, manage HR documents, and run company payroll.

Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s accounts payable and receivables
- Balance and maintain accuracy of general ledger
- Prepare and process company payroll
- Accurate and timely processing of all accounts receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, etc
- Controls and oversees office correspondence and manages filing systems
- Prepares and records bank deposits
- Comprehensive understanding of cash management
- Obtain necessary tax forms and net terms forms from new customers
- Implement Human Resources policies and procedures
- Prepare, audit, and maintain Human Resources personnel records
- Prepare and deliver our monthly financial reconciliation reports to bank
- Work with company accountant on annual and quarterly tax returns
- Assure corporate income tax compliance with the timely completion of all corporate income tax returns and payroll tax payments
- Provide administrative support to management when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks financial software
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Friendly, collaborative, upbeat work style
- Communicates effectively and efficiently, both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Decisive and critical thinker
- Must be able to acquire Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge prior to beginning employment
