The Nug Nation (thenugnation.com) is looking to add creative and talented motion graphics interns to our team. This is a one of a kind opportunity to use your After Effects skills within the fast growing cannabis industry.
The Nug Nation features popular strains of marijuana transformed into characters and brought to life through stop motion animation. Bong Burgundy, Cookie, Affy and the rest of the gang get into ridiculous shenanigans all over the town of Nugville. The show is released online and through our app and is growing quickly with the help of influential partners.
The ideal candidate has experience motion tracking difficult shots within the Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities will include placing digital phonic mouths onto stop motion animated cartoon characters as well as creating show openings, lower thirds and other motion graphics in After Effects.
Fair warning this isn't a job for stoners to sit around smoking our characters. We are a casual company and we have fun but there is real work to be done. Scheduling can be flexible between 9-5 Monday to Friday, but we ask you to commit to a minimum of 10-20 hours per week. This is a 3 month unpaid opportunity, after which we will evaluate the possibility of part or full time employment. School credit can be offered.
