Must be able to manager patients in a polite, upbeat way, sign in and direct vendors, solicitors, and other B2B individuals, verify medical credentials, and answer telephone calls and take messages in a timely and professional manner. The ability to understand and adhere to legal regulations and company protocols is a must. Also will have regular cleaning and supply restocking duties. The receptionist is almost always the first person patients come into contact with, so it is of utmost importance that the applicant have the ability to produce and maintain a pleasant persona. Must be available Friday-Sunday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM and from 2:00 PM – 7 PM on Thursday. All applicants must have a MED Occupational badge to apply.
