The right candidate should have an advanced understanding of the California cannabis market as well as experience in:

  • Knowledge of dispensary services branding/custom packaging
  • Knowledge of extraction methods and products
  • Knowledge of cannabis flower
  • Knowledge of infused-products
  • Positive energy and great vibes
  • Ability to pivot quickly and creatively respond to rapid shifts in the market
  • Understanding of underlying demand assumptions - retail outlets and end consumers


Aside from cannabis experience, we'd love it if you had traditional sales experience with:

  • Use of CRM software
  • Spreadsheets
  • Developing effective account conversion strategies
  • Generating leads and driving sales
  • Gathering and reporting customer intelligence to management
