Position Summary

Responsible for proper intake of all raw material for extraction and other MIP processing capabilities.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Tracks, processes and records all incoming processing instructions / trim trade agreements
• Accepting and generating transfers in the Metrc software
• Enters data from trim trades and run sheets into order processing systems with high degree of accuracy
• Creates instructional documents for extractions with high degree of accuracy
• Combines and prepares material according to order instructions.
• Organize material in processing-ready storage
• Rates incoming trim and record ratings in order processing systems
• Create and submit test samples to send to state certified labs
• Create and adjust packages as needed in the Metrc software
• Organizing and filing hard copy documents associated with inventory team operations
• Maintain communication with other departments to ensure success of Metrc processes
• Other duties as assigned

Education / Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must have MED Key badge
• Metrc Advanced MIP training
• High degree Cannabis industry knowledge with preference for quality evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal
• Must have accurate typing speed of 45 words per minute
• Excellent problem-solving skills, Self-starter with great work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers

Physical Activity and Work Environment

• Requires sitting, standing, walking, kneeling and other basic physical movements
• Ability to move/lift items weighing 25 lbs. or more
• Must have good vision
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Comfortable working with cannabis

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
