Mental Health/Addictions Counselor, Residential- Signing bonus (up to $2500)

For over 25 years, Rimrock Trails has helped create lasting change in the lives of teens struggling with addiction. Our Residential Counselors provide a wide range of services to adolescent individuals with substance use disorders and their families. These services include dual-diagnosis assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, coordination of care with other providers, and discharge planning.

Positions are full-time and based in Prineville, Oregon and will work a variety of shifts (days/evenings, weekdays/weekends) to cover the needs of a residential facility.

Qualified candidates have:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field of study.
• If Bachelor’s Degree, should have CADC II.
• Experience working with addictions, mental health, co-occurring disorders, and youth preferred.
• Effectiveness connecting with youth in a residential/ milieu setting.
• CADC I and appropriate licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) is ideal. Must be able to obtain CADC I within one year of hire and pursue relevant licensure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willingness to regularly work shifts that include evenings and weekends.
• All successful new hires must have a valid Oregon driver’s license (or be able to get one) and have an insurable driving record.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen (to include Cannabis/THC/Marijuana).

Signing bonus:

• Master’s level with appropriate credentials- up to $2500
• Bachelors level with appropriate credentials- up to $1500
