Job Description:

For over 25 years, Rimrock Trails has helped create lasting change in the lives of teens struggling with addiction. This position provides individual and group counseling services, generates treatment plans, provides support and assistance to residents in crisis, and provides standardized client in-take and admissions orientation. We are currently hiring for a full-time counselors in Bend, Redmond and Prineville, Oregon.

Required Qualifications:

  • Work experience with drug and alcohol treatment.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant area of study and ability to obtain CADC I.

OR

  • CADC II certification (without master’s degree).

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience working with youth preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • All successful new hires must have a valid Oregon driver’s license (or be able to get one) and have an insurable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen (to include Cannabis/THC/Marijuana).
