- Required to work from 9:25am until 7:30pm Monday - Saturday, including two 15 minute breaks and an hour lunch. Sundays you will be required 10:30am – 4:30pm including a 15 minute break and a 30 minute lunch.
- Informing managers when any flower is low and needing to be converted into an alternate product for sale.
- Correctly informing patients on the use of Cannabis for different products carried in store.
- At the beginning and end of each shift you will be required to count out each drawer. Your drawer should always have $250 at the beginning of the shift and at the end of each shift. (denominations will be explained)
- Correctly count out deposit from drawer at the end of each shift for the daily store deposit.
- Informing management when change is low for bank runs.
- You MUST clock in and out (beginning of each shift, beginning of lunch, end of lunch, end of shift)
- Required to be aware of all store specials and ongoing events.
- Putting away ALL product displays, checking off, and signing log at the end of each shift.
- Attentive with all patients and what they are looking for, maintaining above average customer service. i.e. : pleasantries, reminding of specials, applying correct discounts, providing the correct product.
- Ensure waiting area/ bathroom/ and patient area are cleaned, organized, and up to company standards at all times.
- Must wear correct clothing attire
- e.: Closed toe shoes, Southwest Wellness Shirt at all times.
- Ensuring you are working with the correct patient for each transaction, pulling up ID and verifying patient is still current and has available units.
- Must assure all tills are stocked appropriately with Drams, Bags, and Gloves for daily sales.
- Verifying that ALL products containing cannabis have been locked in safe at the end of each shift.
- Ensuring that your Edible & Concentrate Display have been set up for daily sales.
- Answering phone calls and patient questions in a timely manner and with the correct information.
- Zero tolerance for phone usage. ( Must utilize 15 min breaks/lunch for phone use).
- Will also be required to clean scale, till, and surrounding area before and after every shift also sanitizing scale and till. (this should be done throughout the day if necessary)
- Comply with sanitation and employee workplace policies for entire store. (trash, restrooms etc.)
