Job Responsibilities:
The Site Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Provides efficient flow of clients/patients to optimize appointment availability
- Assess processes involving Customer Service and Quality of Care to evaluate where improvements can be made
- Coach employees on a daily basis
- Review daily Closing Reports to ensure Cash Handling Accuracy
- Reinforces expectations for providing excellent customer service
- Provide coverage for vacations, absences, and lunch breaks
What You Bring:
- Minimal 1 year experience as a Site Coordinator in a medical setting
- Experience in Administration, Analytics and Cash Handling
- Ability to be organized, problem solve and exercise good judgment
- Strong interpersonal and communication and customer service skills
- Interact politely and professionally with clients, employees, providers and all levels of management
- Good under pressure
- Ability to lead a team
- Computer Literacy
- Basic knowledge of Medical Marijuana legislation in the State you are working in helpful
- Knowledge of Medical Marijuana and its application for patients helpful
- Understanding of medical conditions and terminology helpful
