Medical Cannabis Processing Agent

Revolution Cannabis provides a wide range of the highest-quality medical cannabis products to patients throughout Illinois. Revolution Cannabis operates two licensed cultivation centers in central Illinois.

We are adding processing agents who are excited to join the Revolution at our Delavan cultivation center. A passion for medical cannabis is required.

Responsibilities:

• Harvest cannabis plants following standard operating procedures
• Hand trim cannabis in safe, sanitary, and efficient manner
• Dry and cure cannabis following standard operating procedures
• Label and package all Revolution products as needed
• Maintain a clean work space to prevent cross-contamination
• Perform quality assurance checks during harvest, curing, trimming and packaging processes
• Weigh and record data in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement of 21
• Passion for medical cannabis
• Great attitude and ability to follow direction
• High School diploma or GED required
• Basic cannabis anatomy knowledge
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to hand trim with sheers for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
• Must successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
• Must obtain a Cultivation Center Agent Card from the IL Department of Agriculture

Note: A qualifying applicant must successfully complete 90 day evaluation period.
