Medical Cannabis Office Administrator

We are adding an experienced Office Administrator to our team who is excited to join the Revolution!
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide general support to visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize meetings and schedule appointments
- Organize executive travel
- Maintain filing systems and confidential records
- Data entry
- Produce and distribute company correspondences
- Research and present new innovations in cannabis industry
- Generate reports and presentations
- Manage projects and deadlines
- Assist with state applications and licensing
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate degree or similar certification
- 5 years of office administration experience
- OfficeSuite proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Punctuality and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Passion for medical cannabis and industry experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Must pass internal and external background checks, including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
- Must obtain a Cultivation Center Agent Identification Card from the IL Department of Agriculture
