We are the Premier Medical Cannabis Educational Franchise seeking a Medic/retiredMedic/Doctor in Laredo, Texas. We teach about medical cannabis, its benefits, the law and certifying our students to become involved in this exciting industry.
Must be able to work Saturdays and be available to train/prep before and or after Class Starts. The ideal candidates will be comfortable speaking in front of groups of 50-100 people, be very personable and have a true passion for the subject of medical cannabis and the desire to teach others about the plant's benefits and potentials.
We have subjects such as: Cannapharmacology (Budtenders); Cultivation; and Oil Extraction/Manufacturing. We are looking for individuals with the following knowledge: Cannapharmacology - working in a dispensary, knowledge of strains and cannabinoids, medical benefits of cannabis; Cultivation - knowledge of grow techniques, lighting, nutrients, cannabis harvesting, seeds and clones, prefer an agriculture background; and Oil Extraction/Manufacturing - how to extract oil from cannabis, CO2 and Butane techniques, knowledge of terpenes and cannabinoids, production of medicinal products (tabs, gels, tinctures, etc.),
Prefer those with a relevant degree such as chemistry, we are willing to train the right people. This can also be a great part time job for retired Teachers, Graduate Students, Professors, or other Educators. Classes are local, so no travel is required (although we do offer the opportunity to travel to other cities, states and countries to those willing to do so to teach at other locations), we have the curriculum and will train in our course materials.
