Revolution provides Illinois patients with a wide range of the highest-quality medical cannabis products and operates two licensed cultivation centers in central Illinois.

We are adding an Dispensary Representative who is excited to join the Revolution Cannabis - Delavan team!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintaining and strengthening Revolution’s existing relationships with dispensaries in Central, West, and Southern Illinois
• Travel – initial visit to meet all dispensary buyers & ongoing travel and visits to maintain relationships, in coordination with Dispensary Education Coordinator
• Product knowledge – stay up-to-date on all available products, with facts like lineage, Indica/Sativa dominance
• Industry knowledge: staying up-to-date on Illinois industry knowledge
• Contribution of information/feedback to weekly sales meetings
• Sales Order management – assist dispensaries with any e-commerce platform related questions & creating orders for dispensaries as needed
• Company representative – attend events as a Revolution representative (weekends occasionally required)

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years sales experience
• Experience in the cannabis industry preferred but not required
• Basic computers skills
• Passion for medical cannabis
• Time management
• Organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
• Ability to obtain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card from the IL Department of Agriculture

Note: A qualifying applicant will be hired on a 90-day evaluation period.
