Primary Responsibilities
- Regularly revise marketing campaigns in response to market changes and seasonality
- Construct a collaborative/fun work atmosphere
- Educate marketing and sales teams with product specifics
- Communicate between marketing/sales team and upper management
- Manage vendor contracts
- Create brand loyalty through marketing programs
- Supervise trade show events for the company
- Understand competition and act accordingly
- Anticipate industry trends
- Engage the cannabis community with “outside the box” thinking
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing
- Minimum 3 yrs. experience in marketing, sales, advertising, or brand management
- Confidence with multimedia/computer applications in marketing including social media
- Preferred: Intimate understanding of the cannabis industry
