Wellness Connection of Maine, the largest provider in the state of medical cannabis, is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team of professionals. The right candidates will be one who thrives in a high energy, fast paced, collaborative team environment and who displays a strong sense of humility.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the organization’s mission and brand by:
- developing a robust internal and external marketing plan
- building strong relationships with community partners and media outlets
- creating and managing an integrated communication plan via purposeful social media and public relations strategies
- overseeing and managing internal events and associated sponsor/outreach external events
- developing and managing retail experience and merchandizing strategy
- managing the website, email marketing and customer contact strategy.
The right candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years or related experience required
- Proven experience in creating and executing marketing tactics and strategy
- Experience in a retail, startup or marketing a wellness brand a plus
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Technical competency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media outlets.
