We’re recruiting a hands-on, highly motivated, Marketing Manager to provide strategic direction and execution to achieve our growth goals.

What you will do:

  • Work with each team to understand their goals and challenges to determine marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Spend time with our clients to gain a better understanding of the cannabis industry and cannabis industry hiring needs and challenges
  • Work with our Founder, Director of Finance, and each Department Head to create marketing budget for each department
  • Work with each team to create annual marketing plan
  • Must include strategies for launching in new markets * Work with each team as well as outsourced vendors and internal marketing team to effectively execute the marketing plan
  • Manage current and future outsourced vendors (currently working with a PR agency and several outsourced graphic designers) to ensure their efforts fit in with our overall marketing strategy and business goals
  • Manage current in-house marketing team (UI/UX designer, content / social media associate, event’s manager) * As needed, hire and manage additional members of internal marketing team

What you’ve done in the past:

  • At least 5 years in a marketing leadership position
  • Built and executed a successful annual marketing plan and budget for a technology start-up
  • Proven experience successfully launching and expanding in new markets
  • Proven experience building and managing high-performance marketing teams
