We offer a ‘seed to sale’ ERP solution to growers, producers, distributors and dispensaries involved with the cultivation and sales of Cannabis. Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager is a hands-on manager of the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long- term marketing strategy of the company.

Job description

As Marketing Manager you will report directly to the CEO and VP of Sales. Working together with the sales and account management team your role is to create, manage and deliver a marketing plan working with outside marketing partners that delivers innovative and well-executed campaigns to customers and prospects and enhances our brand. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with social media, branding, graphic design, both electronic and print marketing collateral creation, events and trade show co-ordination and participation. Working marketing at 365Cannabis means you’ll be part of building and maintaining the company’s brand from what people see when they walk through the front doors of the office, see on their screen, to what lands on their office desk. • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Overseeing and accountable for the company’s marketing budget and plan
• Creation of all marketing collateral and promotional campaigns and customer contact pieces
• Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results and reporting to the management team
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate messaging and identity
• Monitor and reporting the effectiveness of all marketing communications
• Maintaining effective internal communications
• Documenting customer whitepapers and press releases
• Updating the company website and posting to social media sites

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a flexible and creative approach along with a ton of energy and enthusiasm! We’re looking for a team player who is hard working with strong project management skills and is comfortable working in a relaxed and informal small office environment. They will need to have high attention to detail along with strong communications skills and a confident and dynamic personality. Previous marketing experience is a must. Experience with ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or the Cannabis industry is an asset.
