TITLE**
Marketing Intern
(MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER)__
DESCRIPTION: **
This is an unpaid position, with potential for paid advancement (part-time or full time).
Objective: **
Marketing interns will provide assistance to the marketing team with daily tasks. Interns will help analyze marketing data and assist with promotional events/activities to further promote and grow our business.

Responsibilities: **
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Perform market analysis and research on competition
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
Prepare promotional presentations
Help distribute marketing materials
Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Help organize and execute marketing events
Abilities: **
Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, twitter, facebook)
Passion for the cannabis industry, marketing industry, and their best practices
Excellent verbal, interpersonal communication, and active listening skills
Ability to work independently, as well as in a group setting
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Requirements: **
High school diploma, or equivalent, and currently enrolled in a business or marketing related BS or Masters degree
21 years or older
Ability to pass background check and drug test (positive marijuana test is acceptable if applicant is a medical cannabis patient)
Ability to edit photos using various software
Comfortable with computers and other forms of technology
Preferred Experience: **
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related field preferred
Preferred bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
Preferred experience working with medical cannabis
