Flint Studios is looking for someone to help us expand our LA studio and work on some amazing cannabis-related health, wellness and lifestyle brands, as well as capital funds, in California and Canada. We’re working with brands aiming to help people live healthy lives, from improving overall wellness to treating serious illnesses, such as epilepsy, cancer, AIDS, and more. Our job is to support your ability to deliver all projects in a clean and swift manner, to best manage and grow meaningful client relationships, to manage studio partnerships with grace, and leverage those partnerships, and ensure you have the tools needed to deliver best-in-class client service each and every day.

Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator to partner with and support our Marketing team. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track.

Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
  • Work with the graphic design team to help deliver content that meets client specifications
  • Calendar management: proactively and systematically manage complex schedules and activities across the leadership team
  • Develop processes to improve the efficiency of various recurring activities
  • Hands-on support (itinerary, slide deck, materials, communication) for key leadership meetings and senior leadership meetings
  • Shadow meetings, take notes and provide specific administrative follow-up to these meetings as needed
  • Research and plan travel, organize activities, manage expenses and develop expense reports
  • Manage tasks related to finance and budgets including responding to vendor invoices for payment, managing department related expenses (e.g., expense reports, off-sites, office supplies, etc)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, agency and/or cannabis experience preferred
  • Desire to be involved in the cannabis industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Illustrator) is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Google Suite (especially Gmail and Google Calendar), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Flexible and able to reorganize a schedule or travel arrangement at a moments notice=
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to work well across the organization with employees of all levels and in all departments
  • Respect confidentiality and the need for discretion
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business and marketing
