JOB SUMMARY


Cresco Labs is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate Marketing team in Chicago, IL. Our Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working with our Marketing Department to ensure projects are executed with detail and on time. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with 3rd party vendors and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track.



CORE JOB DUTIES


  • Work with marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and task
  • Support the marketing department by scheduling and organizing team meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the cross department charge of our project management processes and system
  • Support the design and social media teams with collaboration, data aggregation, and ideation
  • Monitor monthly marketing performance and submit reports on emerging trends and KPI performance

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
  • 1+ years’ marketing, advertising or sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
