Job Description:

Are you passionate about marketing and love connecting the dots between projects then this is a great opportunity for you? The marketing coordinator functions as the department’s administrative support; coordinating department projects, data entry, and serves as a liaison between sales and production.

Essential Functions

  • Assists with daily operation of marketing production, which may involve managing the in-house printers, label creation, project queue, and packaging development.
  • Point of contact for sales department needing marketing support and reporting the status of jobs already in progress to various internal departments.
  • Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing projects, including sales collateral coordination and ordering of packaging supplies.
  • Responsible for data entry involving daily packaging logistics.
  • Reporting regularly to marketing manager and CEO for project updates and forecasts.
  • Responsible for managing in-house packaging supplies.
  • May staff trade show and promotional events as needed.
  • May require some travel.

Required Education and Experience

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in business or marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience with multi-project management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft OS and Google Docs.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience with commercial printers and label makers
  • Knowledgeable of the cannabis industry and language preferred
  • Comfortable in a very fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience with ordering supplies and negotiating contracts.
