This position is responsible for compiling, formatting, and reporting information, photographs, and materials. This position requires attention to detail, advanced computer skills, the ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal oriented environment in the medical cannabis industry.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain inventory records; update weekly, monthly, etc.
- Work efficiently with Excel sheets.
- Assist Director with all Marketing needs to ensure Sales goals are met.
- Design and format content and graphics of brochures, posters, and all other marketing material including web page/social media.
- Utilize necessary computer programs to achieve marketing needs.
- Work with website designer to ensure information is accurate and presentable.
- Assist in all other departments as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by Director.
Qualifications :
- Proficient in working with spreadsheets; Excel, Google Sheets
- Inventory management experience.
- Graphic Design experience.
- Photography experience.
- Experience with a variety of computer programs working with data entry, photos, graphics, and media.
- Ability to comply with safety requirements.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age.
- 1-3 experience inventory management; must show in work experience.
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Graphic Design or 5yrs experience with portfolio.
- Proof of Photography experience; Portfolio, Album, etc.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and concisely.
- Strong communication skills to work with various members of staff and management.
- Flexible to schedule changes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet all deadlines.
- Ability to pass extensive background checks and random drug screening
Physical Requirements
- Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitively.
- Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motion
- Must be able to bend at the waste and knees, twist, push and pull on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to kneel, squat, and climb as needed.
- Must be able to reach overhead and away from the body.
- Must be able to walk and stand for at least 90% of the time.
