Tahoe Hydroponics is an award-winning cannabis cultivation leader based in Carson City, Nevada.
We are seeking part-time Trimmers with possible full-time work later this year.
Trimmers are expected to hand trim marijuana plants and reach production level quotas. Tahoe Hydroponics Company operates under the highest standards of professionalism.
MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE.

- This position is responsible for reaching a quota each day according to production needs.
- Responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching daily quotas.
- Work with management to assure all steps are being taken to assure company compliance with the State of Nevada.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- Maintain a culture of professionalism.
Preferred:
- One and one-half to two years of work experience in trimming.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment preferred.
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail.
- Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others.
- Knowledge and background in trimming REQUIRED.
- Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Nevada Department of Public Safety.
Starting pay is $12.00/hr.
Must be available as needed with 12-24 hour work notice. This may change in the future and may eventually offer full-time work.
