Who we are looking for:
A passionate, thoughtful and responsible individual to lead the day-to-day production of Marijuana Infused Products (edibles)
Requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Culinary degree is preferred but not mandatory for consideration. Commensurate experience within the F&B industry will be considered.
- Must be able to qualify as a registered marijuana agent with the state of Massachusettsand pass a background check
- A passion for confectionery production and cannabis is essential

Experience and Ability:
- Experience in the cannabis industry preferred but not mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in a baker/confectionery production-oriented role
- Must be qualified to handle the rigorous physical demands of a commercial kitchen
- Frequently moves and lifts equipment and supplies in excess of 50 pounds or more
Major areas of responsibility:
- Communicating daily production needs to Culinary Director
- Inventory of all items on production lists
- Creating daily production lists from set par levels and daily inventories
- Strict adherence to policies and procedures put in place by Culinary Director
- Cleanliness in every step of the process
- Organization must be second nature and always a priority
- Attention to detail: quality and consistency in production
- Executing and enforcing compliance with DPH and Nature’s Remedy regulations
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management team
- Participate in ongoing and professional development as required
- Other duties as assigned by Culinary Director
