Position: A parking and Lot Circulation Attendant is responsible for greeting and welcoming patrons upon arrival to the Dispensary. This position will provide general oversight of the parking lot and exterior of the Dispensary location. They will direct and assist patrons to appropriate parking spaces and provide assistance as necessary, as well as provide guidance regarding entering or exiting the Dispensary.
Duties, Authority and Supervision:
- Report directly to the Dispensary Manager and Team Leads
- Responsible for guiding patients into and out of the site parking lot, managing parking lot traffic and circulation and assisting patients into and out of the facility as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operation of the dispensary and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations;
- Welcome and greet patrons upon arrival to the dispensary site.
- Direct patrons to appropriate parking spaces and provide guidance and assistance into and out of spaces as necessary.
- Offer assistance to patients who may need help entering or exiting the facility or into and out of a vehicle.
- Block off driveway and direct patrons to off-site parking options when parking lot becomes full.
- Coordinate with other parking staff to properly manage lot circulation and traffic.
- Provide oversight of the parking lot and dispensary site exterior and report any incidents, concerns or situations to dispensary management or security.
- Ensure that only NETA patrons park within the site parking lot and that all employees park off-site.
- Keep parking lot and dispensary site exterior clean and orderly.
- Notify management of any lot obstructions requiring removal service, such as snow, ice or debris.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient information, including patient identity.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills and friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Experience working in a similar or relative position
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend shifts
- Ability to physically assist patients and lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Physical capability: Indoor / outdoor environment. Must have clear, verbal communications, stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time, and requires ability to give direction and provide assistance in a positive manner throughout the day. Must be able to stand, walk and bend 8-10 hours of the day. Ability to handle stress in managing productivity and accuracy. Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted.
Skills: Must have the ability to focus and be task oriented. Ability to handle stress, and interact positively in a customer service oriented manner. Ability to work as a team member, be organized and have extreme attention to detail.
