Job Requirements:
The job of 'Lead Cultivator' has many facets and is based on a self driven and motivated mentality. Responsibilities will include task prioritization and employee scheduling as well as work area organization. Implementation of standardized tracking and operating procedures pertaining to daily tasks and grow cycle timelines will also be essential components of the Lead Cultivator's workload.
List of Duties:
Daily and weekly reports
Employee management
Employee reviews
Scheduling of employees
Prioritizing of tasks throughout the grow cycle
Experience/Education:

*Horticulture or related degrees - Required, otherwise must provide equal proficiency
*Must have at least 1 year commercial grow experience as a Head Grower.
Be proficient in growing styles/media:
*Soil
*Hydro: Coco/Rockwool
*Cloning
Salt Nutrient Systems
Organic Growing(not mandatory):
Nutrient Implementation
Integrated Pest Management Techniques and Implementation
Pest Identification
Standardized Solutions
Knowledge of pesticides that are allowed by the California regulating body.

Our state of the art facility is located in Monterey County and is accompanied by many other cannabis professionals and companies. The systems that are the cornerstone of Decibel Gardens' success are state of the art and are based on optimal efficiency and ease of use for its employees. These systems include rolling tables and automated irrigation systems designed and installed by the industry's leading agriculture professionals. Along with our high-performance systems and efficiency comes our goal to maximize our footprint using every available square foot available of our nearly 3000 square foot facility.
