Edgewater dispensary looking for an EXPERIENCED Shift Lead ***MUST HAVE DISPENSARY STORE FRONT EXPERIENCE*** and must be well versed in all laws and regulations. Please do not apply for this position if you do not have adequate experience.
Requirements:
- Must currently possess a valid Key badge
- Budtending experience
- POS experience -Flowhub desired
- Extensive marijuana product knowledge; flower, edibles, concentrates, topical, vaporizers, etc
- Reliable transportation
- Hard working, self-motivated and dependable
- Able to keep busy during lulls
- Friendly - able to create conversation with customers as well as get along with coworkers
- Problem-solving & critical thinking abilities
- Able to stand for extended periods (10-hour days)
- Able to work nights, weekends and select Holidays
