Laboratory Manufacturing Director

Ethan Allen Recruitment has partnered with a national leader in the medical cannabis industry that is opening a brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the greater Albany, NY area. We are recruiting for the Director-level production role to lead the manufacturing efforts of this exciting new facility.

The Laboratory Manufacturing Director will be responsible for managing all production efforts of the facility, including but not limited to production scheduling, personnel, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Job Duties:

• Management of all production efforts
• Ensure manufacturing quality standards are met
• Operation of state-of-the-art-extraction equipment
• Ensure proper maintenance of all laboratory equipment
• Oversee proper laboratory record keeping and reporting of inventory, chemicals, and equipment used
• Ensure operation is in full compliance with state regulations and laws

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position in a pharmaceutical lab and manufacturing / production environment
• Quality Assurance experience with HPLC analysis
• Bachelor’s degree
