We are International Bioceutical Company, a firm offering unique collections of additive and pesticide free, lab tested, scientifically analyzed cannabis and hemp based products intended to help manage pain and discomfort through long lasting, consistent dosing of cannabinoids.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Work in a sterile environment with steel tables, hot and/or sharp tools, glass and fragile objects
* Follow, fill, and pack products according to SOP’s
- Prepare, clean and organize work station on a daily basis
- Package products for daily orders
- Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming deliveries of raw material and check for defects and accuracy
- Monthly check on the raw material inventory informing your Production Lead
- Clean and organize the production space before and after each production
- Follow packing procedures to ensure safety of production
- Fill the data of the production information daily in the form
- Maintain proper paperwork for all filling, receiving, packaging and inventory duties
- Attend production meetings
- Track all defective products and fill correct form for the Lead
- Keep a filed copy of the production sheet sent to packaging department with their signature
- Support lab, shipping, packaging, and production
- Work with provided Excel spreadsheets and perform mathematical calculations to achieve a product with desired content
- Assist in the manufacture of the various products.
- Keep detailed notes of incoming raw materials, how they are used, and the output of finished products
- Track consumables and raw materials for the production process and communicate ordering needs to the production manager
- Conduct cross departmental assignments
- Ensure shipments are ready for pickups
- Schedule outbound shipments
- General stockroom activities
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
- Stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to stand for 50 % of work schedule while performing duties
* Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Experience in purchase orders
- Understand warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
- One year of manufacturing/production experience
- Experience in inventory management preferred
- Good communication skills
- Willingness and ability to engage in team work
Associate's degree preferred
