Lab Assistant

Our company is seeking an individual who will be working with a variety of laboratory/production tasks. This individual must be able to multi-task, work efficiently, as well as be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. Qualified candidates must be motivated, trustworthy, flexible, and must work well with others.

Laboratory Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Accurately create and maintain batch record documents.

• Complete intake and preparation of raw cannabis material

• Maintain clean lab environment by picking-up, washing, sterilizing, and organizing.

• Understand and work with Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) and perform common commands for any requested task.

• Continually keep up with extraction knowledge by reading technical publications and participating in educational events.

Laboratory Technician Skills and Qualifications:

In order to be eligible for this position, you MUST:

• Have your OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
• Have relevant chemistry techniques; previous experience in a lab environment and using solvent extraction
• Have general cannabis knowledge
• Understand and perform record keeping, data tracking, lab and chemical safety procedures
• Must have reliable transportation.

Hiring Shift is for 9 am – 4 pm, Monday thru Friday.

This is a part time position with the opportunity for full time in the future.

COMPENSATION

Depending on experience.

Medical, Dental, Vision benefits are expected to be provided after 90 days.
