LA Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager

As a representative for Cannadips™, we are looking for someone who is highly personable, and self-driven to succeed. As Territory Sales Manager you will report directly to our Director of Sales, who will be implementing monthly sales targets, while tracking account growth. You will be responsible for driving direct sales through current account maintenance as well as account acquisitions, conducting demo days, and helping Cannadips™ build brand awareness through additional promotions and marketing.

Job Description:

• Conduct in-person direct sales in the Greater LA territory
• Check in and manage existing Cannadips accounts assigned to him or her
• Collaborate with the company’s management team to expand the company’s presence in the LA territory
• Conduct demo days to push brand awareness
• Manage our team of Brand Reps in the LA, and Orange County territories
• Help facilitate promotional campaigns
• Track and report progress and growth to the Head of Sales

Key Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (cannabis sales experience and/or connections to buyers in the industry is preferred)
• Geographical knowledge of the Greater LA sales region
• Basic knowledge of cannabis products
• Ability to work autonomously
• Exemplary people skills
• Great organizational skills
• Team player, ability to work under Director of Sales

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a California ID
• Must have a working vehicle

Salary:

$4,000 per month + Sales Commision
