POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking to hire someone who can roll joints like no other! We have an incredible amount of beautiful product waiting to be made into pre-rolls. If you like working with your hands amidst the sweet skunky smell of cannabis, this might be your job. We need an individual who is already proficient at rolling joints, both half grams and full grams, and who wants to work with a team of individuals passionate about cannabis. The Joint-Roller position reports to the Trim Room Manager and General Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Current Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Badge
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in Cannabis Industry
• Ability to remain compliant in a highly regulated role
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication with customers, coworkers, and management
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in an efficient and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality
• Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as scheduled

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Knowledge, & Skills)

• Six (6) months experience the Colorado marijuana industry
• Two (2) years’ experience in customer service or retail environment
