We’re presently recruiting applicants 21 years or older for IT Support Specialist:
To maintain computer, low-voltage, electronic and software systems used to operate Commencement Bay Cannabis and service these systems to provide efficient functionality. This position will be responsible for interacting with contractors on-site and assisting by providing technical information when necessary. This position will educate employees of our various technological systems and how to operate them.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Be at least 21 years of age and HAVE:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Associates Degree preferred
2 years of IT experience preferred
Previous experience with computer/low-voltage systems preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of basic IT support
Excellent communication, listening and patience
Ability to communicate technological concepts in layman's terms
Ability to work under pressure
