International, independent, full-service investment bank seeks dynamic, ambitious candidates to join their new Cannabis Team in their San Francisco office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create presentation materials
- Perform financial and valuation analysis
- Prepare marketing/offering documentation and materials
- Oversee due diligence process
- Mentor junior team members
- Work with senior investment bankers to ensure efficient and successful execution of transactions
- Identification and prioritization of potential clients
- Development and delivery of pitches to prospective clients
Qualified candidates should have:
- At least 1-2 yrs experience in investment banking or financial services (please understand this is NOT an entry-level position)
- Experience with the healthcare, life sciences or technology sectors a plus
- Exceptional analytic aptitude and creativity
- Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
