Inventory Specialist

Natoma is the fastest-growing Cannabis delivery service in San Francisco! We are partnered with Eaze and utilize their platform to facilitate fast and efficient deliveries to patients in need of cannabis products in SF.

Our operation is in a hyper-growth phase, and we are quickly looking to scale our team with passionate Depot Specialists. As a Depot Specialist, you will be a key part of the Natoma Team ensuring our operations runs smoothly. We are a small operation currently, with plenty of upward mobility. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in the fastest growing industry in California!

Daily Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Pick-and-pack and facilitate pick-up and drop-off with drivers - Assist shift managers in day to day operations.
• Will be expected to perform other job duties as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with other staff members to enhance the team concept.- Maintains regular attendance in accordance with established policies.

Required Proficiencies:

• Attention to detail
• Open minded
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• People skills - you will be interacting a lot with Driver Partners
• Working proficiency with Mac (Apple) products
• Familiarity with Google Applications (Sheets, Gmail, Etc.)
• Prior inventory management/warehouse experience- Able to lift 30-50 lbs or more
• Knowledge of Cannabis Industry (definitely a plus but not required)Preference given to: - Weekends, Nights and holiday Availability
• Natoma hours of operation are 8AM-11PM (split between 2 shifts: 8AM-4PM and 3PM-11PM).
• Flexible hours possible based on prior experience and proficiencies. Full-time and part-time roles available.
