The inventory control coordinator position manages inventory through database and maintain levels required on a daily basis to meet distribution demands.
Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance in accordance to Bureau of Cannabis Control.</li>
<li>Appropriately adjust POS by purging active and inactive products in accordance to actuality</li>
<li>Receive and issue finished goods into computer database.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.</li>
<li>Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired or is damaged</li>
<li>Prepare daily reports for cycle count and COGS</li>
<li>Prepare and participate in monthly physical inventory.</li>
</ul>
Min Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 yrs old</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>1-3 Yrs of Inventory Control exp.</li>
</ul>
