Reports to: Dispensary Manager
Location: Great Barrington, Massachusetts
Summary:
Theory Wellness operates state of the art cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in Massachusetts. We are seeking retail inventory specialists to assist with our inventory operations. The perfect candidate for this position will be very detail oriented, organized, and passionate about working in the cannabis industry. Responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine and non-routine inventory audits
- Stock inventory on the retail floor
- Become an expert on our inventory control tracking software
- Receive transfers of inventory from the production facility
- Monitor our inventory control system for accuracy of data, including but not limited to lab testing results, usable weights, batch numbers, and inventory locations
- Coordinate the waste transportation process
- Perform daily inventory reconciliations and spot checks
- Package products as necessary in the vault
- Maintain a clean environment in the vault
- Ensure all inventory is properly labeled at all times
- Perform daily reporting tasks as assigned
- Any other relevant tasks that may be assigned
Compensation:
- $20 per hour

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- At least 21 years of age.
- No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
