Job Description:

About the Opportunity

We are building a new fully licensed, legal and compliant Cannabis Delivery system. The Inventory Manager is a key role in aiding the efficiency of the Delivery system.

Like a quartermaster, the Inventory Manager supervises, stores and distributes supplies and provisions. More specifically the Inventory Manager is responsible for managing our cannabis goods as well as with delivery kit management. He/she will lead a team in the creation of delivery kits, made from pre-planned menus (case maps), and ensure orders are prepared for drivers working in assigned territories. Management is responsible for purchasing the product(s) that our company buys and sells but an ideal inventory manager has a solid grasp of what is being sold, at what rate and when items need to be ordered.

From sales manifests, to ordering, to vendor relations, to inventory audits, the Inventory manager ensures the smooth flow of product in and out of our premises and to the prospective buyers. A keen eye for quality, detail, and a good head for numbers are the starting point for what makes a good Inventory Manager.

Furthermore, the Inventory Manager possesses an intimate understanding of market trends, making careful predictions about which products to purchase for end user sales. The ideal Inventory Manager has cultivated, over many years of experience, a sommelier-like expertise when judging and looking at cannabis and cannabis-like products and a type A attitude towards organization.

Please note that this role would be working for one of our Partner Licensed Dispensaries in one of the following markets: San Jose, Orange County, or Monterey County. You must be locally based in one of these markets to be considered.
