The Inventory Manager position provides support to the Physical Security Team and inventory related activities within the Quality department. This position requires a quality-oriented, physical security team member with inventory management and product fulfillment experience. The Inventory Manager must have impeccable attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Director of Security.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all scheduled inventory activities as required by New York Regulation and Standard Operating Procedures

Complete daily inventory reconciliation activities as directed

Prepare inventory spreadsheets for submission to Director of Security

Work closely with members of cultivation and manufacturing to ensure accurate weigh-in/weigh-out record keeping of plant material

Provide support to Security Transport Team in preparation of transport manifests and deliveries to Cannabis Patient Centers

Provide support to Quality Team as directed

Assist with continued review and improvement of department SOPs

Provide project management support to leadership team

Job Qualifications

Required

2 years minimum employment experience in a manufacturing/inventory/product fulfillment setting

Experience with record keeping/internal auditing

Ability to follow existing inventory/inspection procedures accurately

Working knowledge of general computer operation and competency with Microsoft Office Products

Experience operating in a quality-centric setting (Medical/Manufacturing/Health related industries)

Good writing/reading/arithmetic skills

Basic physical ability to walk back and forth across facility and lift/move up to 30lbs if necessary

Excellent work ethic, self-starter/learner

Strong interpersonal skills for multitasking and interacting with team members

High School Diploma

Preferred

Experience with general inspection instruments (ie calipers, micrometer, scales, etc)

2-year Vocational or Technical degree, preferably in Criminal Justice, Business, Science, or other related field

Experience in a security-related environment.
