Urbn Leaf, the new standard in licensed dispensaries is now searching for individuals to expand our team. We are seeking hip and talented individuals with a keen sense of appropriate professional demeanor and dress for an upscale dispensary. We expect exceptional customer service skills with experience within the cannabis industry, or as an alternative, a strong background in hospitality, retail merchandising or management outside the industry.

Position Summary:

The main function is to accurately count, track inventory numbers daily. Responsible for the day to day inventory of the dispensary, delivery, manufacturing and distribution.

**PLEASE NOTE: This position involves regular overnight shifts between the hours of 9PM-5AM, so interested applicants must be willing and able to work during these hours.**

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure all inventory is counted and accounted for daily
• Complete hard counts of inventory and report to Inventory Controller
• Report any inventory variances or shrinkage to Inventory Controller immediately
• Complete a full inventory count at the end of each month
• Update inventory systems daily

Qualifications:

• At least 1-year inventory management experience in high volume establishments with extensive knowledge in the cannabis industry
• Must be able to input and access information in the POS system, delivery systems, marketing outlets, computers, etc
• Must be comfortable learning new skills
• Must have a hands-on, proactive self-starter

Must be motivated, hard-working, and passionate. This position requires someone who is highly organized and detailed with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

•  Understand guest service needs and be ahead of the curve

•  Anticipate store inventory understanding and forecasting future product demands

Education:

Must have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
• Four years’ relevant experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Valid California Medical Marijuana Dr.’s Recommendation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 6 hours at a time
• Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours at a time
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds safely and properly
• Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
