We are currently hiring for Inventory Specialist for our Cannabis farm in Clackamas County, Oregon. All applicants must be the minimum age of 21. This position is responsible for accurately maintaining inventory records and tracking product moving in and out of the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders for sales staff
- Keep an accurate inventory of both finished and in process products
- Maintain records of sales, past inventory, and present inventory
- Develop and implement procedures for tracking inventory levels by product
- Work with other teams including sales, cultivation, & management
- Ensure inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner
- Audit the facility’s entire inventory and provides reports to management
- Train employees in inventory control processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Utilize problem solving skills to relate to inventory control and tracking
- Follow all state and company policies and procedures
- REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience using Metrc system
- Minimum 2 years experience working in inventory management
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Requires long periods of standing and some heavy lifting
