Job Description:

Position Summary:

PalliaTech is a growing cannabis company. We currently have an opening for an Inventory Clerk. This position would report to the Inventory Manager and be responsible for tasks related to keeping accurate inventory. This includes working with live plants, dried products, and packaged products. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers and details, can work independently and as part of a team, and wants to join an expanding industry. This job will require regular exposure to potential allergens as the candidate will be working with live plants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain product inventory - weigh, count, verify, record

  • Label lots, packages, boxes, etc and ensure accuracy of all labeled items

  • Scan/check barcodes on packages, live plants and storage containers

  • Organize inventory storage rooms for compliance

  • Maintain a clean work space in all inventory areas

  • Record data in excel for manual inventory system

  • Assist in recording all inventory information from harvesting process

  • Assist in order process to prepare customer orders

  • Maintain customer facing inventory and keep up to date

  • Various office tasks including scanning and filing


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of clerical experience and/or 1 year of inventory experience

  • High school diploma

  • Some college preferred


Job Requirements:

  • Are at least 21 years of age.

  • Are willing to participate in an extensive background check.

  • Are trustworthy and hardworking.

  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Able to work a schedule of 7am-4pm M-F

  • Ability to stoop, bend over, lift up to 50lbs, reach up high to grab and move inventory, carry items up/down stairs, climb stairs, stand for extended periods of time
