This position requires previous inventory management experience, preferably in the cannabis industry. Must have experience with product audits in a high volume retail environment.
The Inventory Audit Manager is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining overall uniformity in inventory compliance and procedures across all Washington Have a Heart locations. The position will utilize systems such as Headset, GreenBits and Leaf to monitor compliance with company Inventory Control policies and Purchasing Department data. This position acts as first point of contact for retail shop product compliance needs, and will be required to be available to support our shops during all shop hours.
This position is a Full Time, Salaried role based at our corporate headquarters in the Fremont area. Our ideal candidate will:
- Be a self-starter with a passion for what we're all about.
- Understand I502 compliance and how it pertains to inventory management.
- Have advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Have reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to each Seattle-area shop location at least once per week, and to our Ocean Shores location at least once per month. Regular weekly work hours and days may vary based on business need.
- Have experience working in a role that requires policy creation, implementation, and ensuring compliance with company policy across various employee levels.
- Have a proven track record of strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills.
