POSITION
Papa & Barkley is seeking a self-directed and experienced Inside Sales Coordinator whose primary role is to ensure high quality customer service for our dispensary partners. The ISC will work to integrate sales and logistics by proactively engaging with dispensary clients and salespeople.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate communications between Logistics Director and VP of Sales
- Daily check in with sales reps regarding order status and fulfillment
- Handle inbound orders from existing clients; assist with refunds and exchanges
- Handle customer services calls from dispensaries
- Delivery of samples (when possible) as direct touch point
- Cold call prospecting on new accounts
- Coordinate with VP of Sales and BA manager around event planning and scheduling
- Track (Weedmaps/Salesforce) ongoing dispensary inventory levels
- Initial contact/outreach for accounts in “dead” areas
- Generate and send out periodic reports to sales team
- Monitor and update licensing from the BCC
- Oversight and distribution to reps of marketing material/swag
- Act as liaison between BA Community Manager and Sales
- Assist with scheduling and communication with the salesforce
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years Inside Sales Rep Experience Required
- Salesforce Software Knowledge
- Reliable Transportation, Clean driving record and have proof of insurance
- Successfully pass a background check
- 5 yeas Customer Service Experience Required
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
