Job Title: Inside Sales Rep
Department: Inside Sales / Sales Operations
Location: San Francisco, CA
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing Tier 2 & 3 Accounts to build relationships, check on inventory status, sell devices
- Contact new customers from an assigned geography, and/or a set of inbound leads
- Introduce products to prospective accounts and complete sell-in process
- Assist customers in the onboarding of state and local licensing and reseller licenses
- Complete customer set up process ensuring Pax Labs remains compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Stay abreast of all laws and regulations including federal, state, and local
- Manage inbound calls from existing and prospect accounts with exemplary service
- Assist Territory Sales Managers with Tier 1 Accounts
- Successfully refers large sales opportunities to divisional field sales managers as necessary
- Work with Territory Sales Managers, Finance and Customers to address accounts nearing credit holds
- Track and manage account performance, assist account in improving performance when necessary
- Work as a team to help achieve overall company goals
- Data validation in the CRM, run account maintenance tasks as required
- Complete and maintain CRM information to ensure proper management of account
- Assist TSMs in deploying route management for sales/marketing promotional blitzes
- Assist TSMs in organizing and communicating promotions, Vendor days and other marketing events
- Works with TSMs to meet assigned expectations for revenue goals for region(s)

Requirements:
- BS degree, marketing or business administration preferred
- Exceptional communication skills including oral and written
- Experience working with key decisions makers (C-level corporate managers).
- Experience working with specialty retail shops focused on lifestyle marketing and community
- Experience in a dealer/distributor sales environment a plus
- Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Good knowledge of sales, service, and administrative functions
- Broad knowledge of the category products and/or services
- Excellent organization skills including documentation

- 3 - 5 years experience in telephone sales, telemarketing or a related field
