ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client is seeking a top tier candidate for the role of Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible for supporting the sales go to market strategy including the development of sales leads for new points of distribution (POD), completing the sell-in process, ensuring each retail location is fully stocked, and supporting marketing initiatives such as training, brand compliance, and event marketing within a specified territory. The ideal candidate should have extensive inside sales skills and be comfortable in our emerging category and rapidly changing environment. Working in cross-functional teams across the organization is critical for success.

  • Acquire new customers from an assigned geography, and/or a set of inbound leads
  • Introduce products to prospective accounts and complete sell-in process
  • Manage inbound calls from existing and prospect accounts with exemplary service
  • Conduct follow-up calls to maintain contact, CRM data and interest of account
  • Data validation in the CRM, run account maintenance tasks as required
  • Complete and maintain CRM information to ensure proper management of account
  • Successfully refers large sales opportunities to divisional field sales managers as necessary
  • Manages onboarding of new accounts in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers
  • Complete customer set up process ensuring Pax Labs remains compliant with all legal and regulatory
  • Work with customers in assigned territory to ensure Pax Labs has most current resale inform
  • Track and manage account performance, assist account in improving performance when necessary
  • Stay abreast of all laws and regulations including federal, state, and local
  • Work as a team to help achieve overall company goals
  • Manage route management for sales/marketing promotional blitzes

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in telephone sales, telemarketing or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills including oral and written
  • Experience working with key decisions makers (C-level corporate managers).
  • Experience working with specialty retail shops focused on lifestyle marketing and community
  • Experience in a dealer/distributor sales environment a plus
  • Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Good knowledge of sales, service, and administrative functions
  • Broad knowledge of the category products and/or services
  • Excellent organization skills including documentation

EDUCATION:

  • BA/BS degree marketing or business administration preferred
