Compensation: $36k base plus commission

This position enrolls MMJ Doctors and Medical Cannabis Dispensaries onto our digital networks by cultivating and servicing new and existing accounts. The representative will identify and communicate opportunity in a highly professional, ethical and knowledgeable manner. There will be required reporting of all activities.

Required:

• Heavy outbound phone experience
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong customer service skills combined with the sales ability to sell - cold call, connect, establish rapport and close
• Must present well over the phone and in person, with an ease in building rapport
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
• Willingness to go the extra mile, we believe in superior customer service
• Computer data entry
• Minimum High School Degree - experience and personality of value
• Team player
• 1-year minimum sales experience with proven track record preferred
• College degree a plus

Duties:

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives by explaining product benefits and features
• Prospect for new customers and build relationships
• Maintain established customer list or new territory list to include weekly mailings, follow-ups and repeat the process on a weekly basis
• CRM data entry
• Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
