Responsibilities and Duties
- Hire, train, manage, and motivate your team of inside sales representatives!
- Oversee lead generation, account management, standard operating procedures, and budgets for your department.
- Gain new accounts by using inside sales techniques, selling our cannabinoid products. We can sell our products in 48 out of 50 states - and our product portfolio fits into almost 30 types of retail and online businesses! Incredible upside opportunity!
- Manage your accounts with incredible customer service and support, helping to grow their sales.
- Represent Sansal Wellness as a leader of quality hemp oil products.
- Follow company policies to ensure the best experience and products for Sansal clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3 years of inside sales management.
- Proven track record of success in sales management and leadership.
- Sales in healthcare or supplement industry is a bonus.
