Synergy Brands is a cannabis processor in Washington focused on delivering exceptional product quality for a celebrity-endorsed brand. We bring premium flower, ready-rolls, vapor and edibles to market and we have a desire to represent more like-minded brands as we scale. We are accepting applications for an Inside Sales Coordinator role that will be based in our office – South Seattle. This role will be the backbone of our sales structure and process, liaison between sales and operations, make account calls over phone / email and drive analytics in the building to increase revenue. This person will have a unique opportunity to earn cannabis sales experience in one of the fastest growing industries in the USA.

We are looking for someone with the following skills: leadership amongst peers, teamwork across departments and all facets of the organization, solution-oriented perspective when working through challenges, high performance integrity and a level-head to navigate what can be viewed as a sometimes, chaotic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft office with intermediate skills to build tools in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • High school degree or GED. College experience a significant plus
  • Ability to prioritize and organize competing priorities
  • Work with internal staff to track, organize and effectively report all cannabis inventory
  • Previous experience, or willing to quickly learn, BioTrack; which is the online inventory tracking platform for the state of Washington
  • Build, send and analyze online marketing tools such as Mailchimp
  • Become the thought leader for Leaflink; which is an online ordering platform for our customers
  • Building and suggesting new orders to customers by providing suggested inventory levels and pricing
  • Build, customize and update trackers to reflect sales performance
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the USA without sponsorship
  • Ability to work at a cannabis processor by passing a background check and credit report
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, standing and bending at the knees, and sitting for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
