Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Manager to work at the beautiful Oregrown Campus. Candidate will be self-driven and work closely with our Accounting, Sales and Executives teams in a fast paced environment. The Inside Sales Account manager will be responsible for strategizing with sales team to increase sales, open new doors, and building and maintaining relationships with customers. An ideal candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic and excited about reaching out to new and current customers, and representing the Oregrown brand.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Oregrown Industries professionally
- Working with and maintaining relationships with Retail stores and managers
- Working directly with Accounting team, Sales team and Executives
- Collections
- A/R reporting and analyzing
- Tracking sales goals
- Some traveling
- Managing Demo Days
- Maintaining inventory and ordering needs of the sales team
- Create procedures and protocols
- Streamline communication
- Increase efficiencies
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities from qualified leads to closed revenue
- Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system
- Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferred
- 1+ years of experience in the Cannabis Industry - preferred
- 3+ years of account management and sales - preferred
- Accounting/Sales/Management background
- Experience with inside sales
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Ability to start and complete full projects with delegation
- Proficient in Word, Excel and all Google Suite programs
- Experience with CRM systems - Prosperworks preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks
